We will also estimate to the best of our ability the amount you may be responsible for paying. However, insurance benefits are not a guarantee of payment. While we try to obtain as much information from your insurance company as possible regarding your benefits, sometimes insurance does not make payment on your behalf. You may be responsible for any fees left unpaid by your dental carrier. Your portion would include deductibles, co-insurance, over maximum amounts, and any non-covered procedures.
